Service Levels and Pricing

Pricing for each of our service levels is based on the monitoring interval and is calculated per agent.   For example, the 60 minute monitoring interval is the least expensive and since the 1 minute interval provides more tests on your server, its costs are higher.   Monthly service fees are calculated based on the total number of agents for a specified service level and the service fees per interval.
